Plasma & Laser cutting
The steel cutting process takes place using Plasma and Laser CNC machines, achieving optimum tolerances of the final product.
ST37-S235JR Steel grade
The use of ST 37, a general type of steel construction, plays a key role in the high construction tolerances of the boxes. The certification for the steel material is in accordance with EN10025-2.
Special plastic coating powder
All boxes are plastcoated with specially designed powder for metal battery boxes, making them completely corrosion resistant. The lamination process contributes to high plastic absorption values inside and outside the boxes with a width of 0.7 to 1.5 mm for each side. In this way you achieve the optimal insulation of the boxes by preventing leaks from the electrolyte.

Enhanced metal ring AISI 316
The metal ring 1.2 mm thick and Ø 32 is a distinctive feature of our products. The thickness (1,2 mm) and the quality of their material (AISI 316) contribute to creating a waterproof and hardened ring for every metal box. Various variations of the design can be made according to the manufacturer's needs.
Leakage Current Testing (Spark Test)
Performing a unique check in the finished products for each boxes, with a special leakage current tester 15.000 volt power, certifying the complete insulation of the boxes.
Standard of production tolerances ISO 2768-C
The basic pattern of tolerances followed by our production is based on ISO 2768 scale C. In addition, it is possible to manufacture even on the A scale. The every final product passes through 4 stages of quality control, going through all stages of production.
